ABOUT ME

I have spent my career in ELT, working for ten years as a teacher and Director of Studies, and twelve years in ELT publishing. This has given me an excellent understanding of what teachers and students need in ELT materials, and of the process of creating fresh and engaging materials which are easy to use and effective.

Although I have experience in all sectors, I specialise in Pre-Primary and Primary materials.

Services

I offer the following services:

Development of manuscripts at the early stages, working with authors to develop concepts and stories, and providing feedback on draft manuscripts.
Content- and copy-editing of manuscripts, including preparing AW and photo briefs and audio scripts.
Content- and copy-editing of proofs through all stages to signoff, including providing feedback on AWs, photo selections, and audio.
Mapping and manuscripting of digital materials, and checking and providing feedback on releases.
